First, the new Cross-Fire cap allows you to route your plug wires on each cylinder bank - not only do your plug wires look better, but the cleaner routing will eliminate the possibility of plug wires touching each other and causing mis-fires. Second, the unit features a slip collar with 7/8" of adjustability, great if you've decked your heads or milled your block. Third, a Carbon Ultra-Poly composite gear is used, compatible with any camshaft -provides unmatched strength & reliability and they eliminate of spark scatter associated with worn bronze gears. Finally, every DUI is carefully calibrated on a distributor machine, providing a super smooth advance curve; provides instant throttle response and more power!
