Luxe mats are the most luxurious line of custom auto mats available. At 1/2" thick, and a 48-ounce per yard carpet face, the Luxe mats are triple the weight of most OE mats. With this thickness, logos are not directly embroidered, but are permanently bonded into the carpet surface using RF technology. The two-step Scotchgard™ treatment applied to the carpet as well as any logos consists of one step for stain resistance and one step for soil resistance. The five-layer backing consists of a Polypropylene mesh giving the tufted yarn its texture, a heavy latex layer creating stiffness for the mat shape, a water-resistant layer to help block moisture, a special urethane cushioning layer to insulate against heat and road noise, and finally a non-skid Tractionbac™ high density synthetic rubber layer. Luxe mats are backed by a lifetime warranty. All Lloyd mats include mat fasteners to ensure they stay in place.
