Don't melt the battery cable! This special tube and bracket assembly was standard equipment on all 1968-72 Cutlass cars. Two versions available: one for auto and one for manual transmissions. The tube is designed to keep the positive battery cable from being burnt on its way to the starter. Identical to a factory original, this tube mounts to the driver's side frame rail next to the starter.
