Standard Ground Shipments are shipped throughout North America using the most economical and secure method, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other regional small-package carriers.

- Orders above $249: Free Ground Shipping on standard size items (excludes oversized, overweight items, or items that do not comply with typical ground shipping dimensions).

- Total dimensions between 1,700–2,600.99 cubic inches OR weight between 17–23.99 lbs.

- Orders above $249: Discounted Flat Rate Ground Shipping of $14.95 per OS1 item.
Oversize 2 (OS2) Ground Shipments Throughout the Contiguous U.S.A.

- Total dimensions between 2,601–3,699.99 cubic inches OR weight between 24–29.99 lbs.
Shipping Rates
- Orders below $249: Standard shipping rates apply.
- Orders above $249: Discounted Flat Rate Ground Shipping of $19.95 per OS2 item.
Oversize 3 (OS3) Ground Shipments Throughout the Contiguous U.S.A.
Dimensions & Weight
- Total dimensions 3,700 cubic inches or more OR weight exceeds 30 lbs.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rates apply. No free or discounted shipping available for these items.
Truck Freight / Common Carrier (OS4)
Ineligible for Free Shipping
- Items that exceed the size or weight limits for standard carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Examples include hoods, fenders, quarter panels, deck lids, etc.
Truck Freight Charges
- Charges vary depending on shipment size, fuel surcharges, and shipping destination.
- Residential deliveries may require an additional surcharge of $110 due to special handling, lift gate service, or transit outside normal routes.
Payment Terms
- All truck freight shipments must be prepaid by credit card before shipment. No exceptions.
- C.O.D. not accepted for truck freight orders.
- No free or discounted shipping for truck freight items.
- Signature Required: Please be advised that Truck Freight deliveries always require a signature. The freight company will sometimes call prior to delivery. Please inspect the shipment carefully prior to signing for the goods. Your signature releases the freight company of any liability, which will result in the denial of any claims (shortages, damages, etc.).
Additional Shipping Information
Drop Shipments
In some cases, it may be more economical and efficient for items to be drop-shipped directly from our vendors to you.
- Payment Terms: All drop-shipped orders must be prepaid by credit card at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Rates: Set by the drop shipper and must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
COD Orders
Original Parts Group accepts COD orders on Standard Ground Shipments only. All other forms of requirements (OS1, OS2, Truck Freight, Etc.) are not accepted for COD shipments. Please note that COD orders are limited to $899 per shipment.
- First Time Customers: Please note, that we do not accept COD orders from first-time customers who have never ordered from Original Parts Group.
- Payment Terms: Standard Ground Shipments qualify for COD. No COD orders accepted contain oversize, overweight or truck freight items.
- Shipping Rates: COD orders are ineligible for Free Freight offers. Order will be charged standard ground shipping per the carrier.
Damage Claim Policy
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the merchandise is damaged, ensure the delivery driver notes it on their sheet.
- Important: Report all damaged goods within 3 days of receipt.
- Documentation Required: OPGI cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing items without proper documentation from the delivery service.
- Claim Process: Contact OPGI customer service immediately to assist with damage claims.

- Unless otherwise specified, Original Parts Group is not responsible for freight charges, shipping charges, or damages once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Ground Ship Only (GSO)
Items Ineligible for Air Shipping
Some of our products contain pressurized gas or hazardous materials, requiring them to ship exclusively via ground transportation.
Common Products
- Gas-Charged Shocks & Struts: Contain pressurized nitrogen and must comply with Hazmat rules.
- Certain Automotive Fluids: Some oils and lubricants fall under flammable material regulations.
