Seem to be of good quality. Chrome looks good. I'm not sure about the Red color, since there was no color on the ones I took off. The Red is a bit faded and more like a light coat of barn Red, but that may very well be color correct. If you are not very limber, it would probably help to pull out the taillight housings in addition to the panels in the bed to make them a little easier to install.
